Bab Zuweila – Medieval Gate in Cairo
5th March 2010 – Bab Zuweil (also spelt Bab Zuwayla) was built at the same time as the northern gates (11th century) and marked the southern limits of the Faimid City. Bab Zuweila is the only remaining southern gate of medieval Al-Qahira.
