Buying Images

Please note – The prices shown by the images are for ‘Personal Use’ (non-commercial) only.  I am selling you a license to use the image for personal use, the copyright of the image is retained by myself, Iain Denley.  Examples of personal use; Creating a print for your private home, individual using it for a background for their computer, personal blog post describing a recent holiday.

How to purchase an image for ‘Personal Use’.

1. Underneath an image in the photography section you will find a short description.  This also tells you the resolution that the image is available at and the cost.

2. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button under the image you require. This redirects the page to the secure Paypal.com site and adds the chosen image to your shopping cart.

3. You can either click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button on Paypal.com to return to DennersHQ.com and add further images or proceed to the checkout.

If you have a Paypal account
4. Once I have received the funds, I will email you the hi-res JPEG file(s) to the email address you use for Paypal.

If you do not have a Paypal account
4. Please send a mail to iain [at] DennersHQ dot com so that I have your email address. Once I have received the funds, I will email you the hi-res JPEG file(s).

How to purchase an image for ‘Commercial Use’.

‘Commercial Use’ regarding the use of images online or offline is defined very broadly. The determination of commercial or non-commercial use is based on the contextual use of the image. The determination is NOT based on the tax status of the entity using the image nor on whether or not a financial transaction takes place.

If you wish to purchase an image for commercial use then please email your request to iain[at]dennershq [dot]com.  Make sure to including details of the medium, distribution size, Length of use and prominence of display.
