This was the start of the Carretera Austral for me. Back in Chile, I left Villa O’Higgins and headed north through Cochrane and on to Coyhaique.

Hello mate, I just thought I’d send you a quick message to carry on wishing you good luck on the “Tour des Amériques”:) It’s my birthday today and I wish the weather in England was as nice as it is in Chile at the moment! The scenery looks stunning so perhaps I’ll make another pilgrimage to South America at a later date.
